Conceptual Engineering


Conceptual Engineering involves the evaluation of a project's potential value, outlining resource development, identification of project alternatives, and cost estimation of those alternatives.

This phase defines a project's success like no other because the better a concept defines reality, the better the chance for project success. HF pure Water's Engineering's logistic, contracting, equipment, scheduling, procurement and political experience ensures a solution is feasible from concept through completion.

Preliminary Engineering


Preliminary Engineering determines a project's direction based on conceptual phase information. During this phase, Alliance Engineering defines concepts, logistics, schedules and project execution plans in greater detail. Process flow sheets, controls, electrical and equipment needs, and weight estimates are determined. Project budgets are created based on risk and cost probabilities examinations.

Furthermore, HF can specify, bid and order long lead equipment, structural steel, and inline instruments as determined by the project's contracting strategy. These services help HF shorten the overall project schedule and save the client time, money and resources.

Detail Engineering


Detail Engineering develops project plans necessary to fabricate, construct, install and test a facility. Drawings and specifications are defined in all disciplines, including Scope of Work and content for fabrication, construction, and installation contractors. HF will also purchase equipment and material not purchased during the preliminary phase as well as produce commissioning manuals, operation manuals, and job books.

At this point quality control and efficiency can dramatically impact project cost. To improve efficient and ensure a project remains within budget, Alliance utilizes in-house programs and other time-saving software for accurate, consistent documentation.
