During this phase, Alliance Engineering defines concepts, logistics, schedules and project execution plans in greater detail. Process flow sheets, controls, electrical and equipment needs, and weight estimates are determined. Project budgets are created based on risk and cost probabilities examinations. Furthermore, HF can specify, bid and order long lead equipment, structural steel, and inline instruments as determined by the project's contracting strategy. These services help HF shorten the overall project schedule and save the client time, money and resources. Detail Engineering DEVELOPS A PROJECT'S PLAN Detail Engineering develops project plans necessary to fabricate, construct, install and test a facility. Drawings and specifications are defined in all disciplines, including Scope of Work and content for fabrication, construction, and installation contractors.
